ENVISION HEARING Is a locally owned, independent audiology clinic in Ottawa, led by a Doctor of Audiology (AuD). Our practice has a primary clinical focus on the assessment, testing, and management of auditory processing disorder (APD), as well as tinnitus and decreased sound tolerance.
Unlike hearing clinics that offer a broad range of hearing healthcare services, Envision Hearing maintains a focused clinical practice centered on auditory processing disorder, also known as central auditory processing disorder (CAPD), tinnitus, and decreased sound tolerance, allowing us to devote our time, expertise, and clinical resources to providing comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults.
Auditory processing disorder, tinnitus, and decreased sound tolerance can occur together and may affect how a person hears, listens, communicates, and responds to sound. Our integrated approach allows patients to access care for these concerns within one clinic.
